STRENGTH TRAINING
Personalized strength programs are often the key to reaching a client's goals. Gaining muscle mass not only looks good aesthetically, but burns calories and increases metabolism. I design safe, effective strength programs that meet your unique needs and interests.

WEIGHT LOSS
Weight loss is frequently a goal clients have and I am versed in effective ways to help you reach that goal. Through strength training, cardiovascular exercise, nutrition coaching, and examining your habits and lifestyle, we'll work together to get you looking and feeling your best.

CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE
Whether you want to run a marathon or simply feel less winded walking up the stairs, increasing your cardiovascular endurance is a critical component. We'll explore your goals and interests to find what kind cardiovascular exercise is best for you. Steady state, HIIT, and interval training may be used to improve your overall health and endurance.

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
Flexibility refers to the ability of your joints to move pain-free and without stiffness through a range of motion. Mobility refers to the strength of the muscle in this range of motion. Mobility and flexibility are essential because they prepare our bodies for the stress of training. They reduce the risk of injuries as well as improve technique and range of movement. Flexibility/mobility and strength are equally important - you don't want one without the other!

PRE & POST NATAL EXERCISE*
Exercising during and after pregnancy can provide numerous benefits such as relieving discomfort, increasing energy, reducing excessive weight gain, and reducing stress. It can also allow for an easier delivery and quicker recovery after giving birth. I am certified in pre and post natal exercise and recently had a baby in March 2021. Learn how to exercise safely and effectively thru every stage of your pregnancy and after delivery.

Education and accountability are key components to making healthier choices. By examining your goals, lifestyle, and interests, we'll learn simple changes and choices that make a big difference to your health. Learn to eat in a way gives you energy, helps you sleep, balances your hormones, AND tastes good! No fad diets or trends, these healthy habits are for life.
